No. Manufacturer patient assistance programs provide approved medications at no cost to qualifying patients. Our monthly service fee (starting at $49.95/month) covers our work in preparing and managing your application — it does not pay for the medication itself.

Manufacturer denials happen — eligibility criteria vary and programs can change. If you're denied, we review the decision, explore whether other programs or appeal pathways exist, and advise you on next steps. Not every denial is final.

Most programs respond within 4–8 weeks of a complete application. Some programs are faster; some specialty medications may take longer. We keep you updated and follow up with manufacturers on your behalf.

Manufacturer programs typically ship medications directly to your prescribing physician's office, not to your home. Your doctor's team will let you know when the medication arrives. We coordinate the delivery address with your prescriber as part of our service.

Most programs require periodic reauthorization — usually annually. We send you a reminder 30 days before expiration and handle the reauthorization paperwork so your medication supply isn't interrupted.
