30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you cancel within 30 days of enrolling, you receive a full refund of your first month's service fee. No questions asked. No justification required. Just contact us and we'll process it within 2 business days.

Cancellation After 30 Days

After your first 30 days, you may cancel at any time for any reason. There is no cancellation fee. Since we bill monthly, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month. You will never owe more than one month's service fee after canceling.

How to Cancel

Cancel by any of these methods — whichever is easiest for you: • Call us at our support number (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm ET) • Email us at support@rxadvantages.com • Submit a request through our Contact form We do not require a written letter, a mailed document, or your Social Security Number to cancel. We process all cancellation requests within 2 business days and send you a confirmation.

What Happens to My Applications?

Applications already submitted to manufacturers remain active and will continue to be reviewed by the manufacturer — we cannot withdraw a submitted application on your behalf. If you are approved after canceling our service, the medication is yours to receive directly. If you wish to have an application withdrawn, you would need to contact the manufacturer directly. We can provide you with the appropriate contact information upon request.

Refunds for Declined Applications

A manufacturer denial does not automatically entitle you to a refund of service fees. Our fee covers the work of preparing and submitting your application — not the outcome. However, if no patient assistance program exists for any of your listed medications, we will inform you within 5 business days of your enrollment and provide a full refund.

Questions About Your Bill

If you have any questions about a charge on your account or believe you were billed in error, please contact us immediately. We review all billing disputes and respond within 1 business day.
