Terms of Service

1. What We Are

RX Advantages is an independent patient assistance application service. We are not a pharmaceutical manufacturer, government program, insurance company, medical provider, pharmacy, or healthcare professional licensing body. We do not prescribe medications, adjust dosages, dispense drugs, or provide medical advice.

We help patients organize, prepare, and submit applications to manufacturer-sponsored patient assistance programs (PAPs). All eligibility determinations are made solely by the participating manufacturer — not by RX Advantages.

2. Our Service

Our service includes:

• Identifying applicable manufacturer assistance programs for your medications
• Preparing required application documentation
• Coordinating with your prescribing physician for signatures and program requirements
• Submitting applications to manufacturers on your behalf
• Monitoring application status and providing updates
• Sending refill and reauthorization reminders
• Providing phone and email customer support

We cover up to 5 active medications per account. Additional medications may be added at our discretion.

3. Service Fee

We charge a flat monthly service fee of $49.00. This fee covers our administrative and advocacy services as described above. It does not pay for the cost of any medication — manufacturer programs provide approved medications at no cost to qualifying patients.

Your subscription begins when you confirm enrollment after our initial review. You may cancel at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellation and refunds.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not and cannot guarantee that your application will be approved by any manufacturer. Eligibility criteria vary by program and are determined entirely by the manufacturer. Changes in your income, insurance coverage, or the program's own policies may affect eligibility. Our fee covers the work of applying — not the outcome.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Notify us promptly if your insurance coverage, medications, or prescriber changes
• Notify us when you no longer need a medication or wish to remove it from your account
• Not knowingly provide false information to any manufacturer program
• Contact us (not the manufacturer) with questions about your application status first

6. Consent to Contact

By submitting your application, you expressly consent to RX Advantages contacting you by telephone (including automated dialing), email, and/or SMS/text message for the following purposes:

• Confirming receipt of your application
• Requesting additional information needed to complete your application
• Updating you on application and enrollment status
• Sending refill and reauthorization reminders
• Addressing billing or account questions

You may opt out of automated contacts at any time by notifying us in writing or by replying STOP to any text message. Opting out of automated contact does not cancel your enrollment.

7. SMS / Text Message Terms

If you opt in to SMS reminders, the following terms apply:

• Service: Prescription assistance status updates and refill reminders from RX Advantages
• Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply
• To stop: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@rxadvantages.com
• Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary

8. Medical Disclaimer

RX Advantages does not provide medical advice. Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for the advice of a licensed physician or pharmacist. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider regarding medications, dosages, and treatment decisions. Do not discontinue, start, or change any medication based on information from our service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of RX Advantages and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RX Advantages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to a manufacturer's denial of your application or changes to a manufacturer's assistance program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 30 days.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
